When you order a Paid Service, your order information is sent out to the core ECLATS Leadership & Training team. To be part of the core ECLATS Leadership & Training team, employees have been working for the organisation for over 2 years and are all committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We use the order information to customise the service ahead for you, to bill you for services provided, and to contact you about your order when necessary.
We will not disclose any information about your order to anyone outside the core ECLATS team providing the service without your explicit, written consent. We will not display the services provided to you and your feedback in our testimonials without your consent.

The browsing information (browser and IP) that we collect is used to improve the quality of the ECLATS Leadership & Training platform and Services, as well as for statistics and research.
